More About Marcia

I believe in living a life that is inspired and authentic.

I’m a mom, a lifelong learner, and a lover of experiences that are both nourishing and life affirming.

As someone who is both deeply passionate and exquisitely sensitive, I have spent my adult years learning how to care for myself so that I can more effectively learn, grow, and live in a way that honours both my heart and my passion for life.

My life explorations have included studies in occupational therapy and biochemistry,  journeys by bike and foot in mountains and on remote roads, testing my edge as a long distance triathlete, and creating community again and again in the health and sporting world.  My yoga journey has included exploration of Restorative, Anusara, Ashtanga, and Bikram yoga, and holding community as a yoga studio owner.

My current path? Exploring the edges of vibrant health, mental clarity, deep calm and inspired passion through practices of yoga and ayurveda and as a health and lifestyle coach, consultant and teacher.

My background in health and rehabilitation and my own health challenges of burnout, anxiety, migraines, scoliosis and asthma were the driving force behind my shift towards a more natural way of living and caring for myself. A former night owl who now loves to get up early, set the day right and thrive from within, I can attest to the deep vibrancy and health that comes from the simple self-care practices I have added into my day.

Living in beautiful British Columbia, I spend most of my time in Kamloops. I travel and teach in Panama, Mexico, and throughout British Columbia.  My health coaching offerings are both local/in person and online.

“I offer signature health coaching programs. I teach retreats informed by practices of deep rest and rejuvenation. And I provide coaching and support in lifestyle and work habit design- everything from how to uplevel your focus and energy to tips for organizing your time and workday.

I work with clients who are committed to exploring ideas, experimenting with options, and working dynamically to make change happen in real time. If you think this is you- find me at marcia@marciawilson.ca”
